The Department of Library and Information Science, GMFC Dharbandora, celebrated National Librarians’ Day on 12 August 2026, commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, the Father of Library Science in India.
The celebration featured a Floral Tribute, unveiling of the “GMFC in the Media Highlights” Wallpaper, and an On-the-Spot Quiz on India, Libraries, Books & Authors, and Goa.
